1.1. The owner of the villa
The owners of the villa agree to provide the house, swimming pool and garden, together with all the furniture, fixtures and fittings in a good state of order, cleanliness and repair, for the purpose of holidays and leisure for the agreed time of the letting as stated on the hiring confirmation document.

2.2. The Hirers of the villa
2.1 The hirers, (and all members of the hirer’s party), shall undertake all reasonable responsibility for the premises, structures, furnishes, fittings and equipment whist they and / or any member of the party are allocated to the villa premises, and undertake to replace, or pay for the cost of replacement in full, of any breakages or damage to any of the above mentioned, arising from direct actions by his/herself or any members of the party.

2.2 The hirers, (and all members of the hirer’s party), shall be in possession of full personal holiday insurance covering all eventualities of loss, accident, injury, illness or death during the time of this agreement.

2.3 The hirers, (and all members of the hirer’s party) shall be expected to be responsible for ensuring the continuing goodwill of the local people within the village and its surroundings by abiding by, and respecting local by-laws, customs and culture in respect of noise and nuisance.

3.3. Data protection
3.1 The owner of the villa will take all necessary precautions in order to keep the details of the hirer’s reservation and personal documents such as name, surname, address etc secure. These documents are protected by the principle of protection of the personal documents that the owner should respect. These documents are used from the owner only if the hirer agrees and allows it for the communication between the owner and the hirer.

3.2 Concerning the data of the hirer’s credit card, Piraeus Bank keeps and deals with all card data and the company does not keep any of them. Consequently the owner is not liable in case the data of his credit card run through the Internet.

3.3 The Owner will not be liable for unauthorized access to the information supplied by the hirer.

4. Bookings and payment
In order to confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% is required by your credit card on the total cost of accommodation. The rest of the money will be given 30 days before the hirer’s arrival. 45 days before the hirer’s arrival a mail as a reminder will be sent to the hirer in order to pay the rest of the money for the villa. In case of not paying the total amount in 30 days before the arrival the reservation is cancelled and the business can spare the villa to other hirers.

5. Cancellation
In case of a cancellation the hirers are only charged with the deposit that they have paid with their booking.

6. Loss or injure
The owners of the villa shall not be responsible or liable for any personal loss, accident, illness, injury or death incurred by the hirers of the villa during the time of hire of the villa, neither shall they be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by the hirers as a result of any loss, accident, illness, injury or death, except for that which is as a direct result of the villa and its facilities becoming uninhabitable and / or unusable as a direct result of failure by the owners, or their representatives, to provide proper and due care and maintenance of the villa and its facilities.
