The villas are conveniently situated for sightseeing around the island being centrally located east to west and about 2,5 Km from the National Road which runs west to east along the north coast, allowing convenient access to the many historic archeological sites around Crete, (Knossos Palace being the most famous) and the numerous beaches on both the north and south coasts. Each Villa has four bedrooms and can accommodate 8 persons. There is a delightful garden with aromatic herbs, a swimming pool and a parking space. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan Living/Dining room with a sitting area and TV corner with satellite TV, DVD, and fully equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge/freezer and electric oven. Further there is a bedroom with double bed and a shower/WC. An inner staircase leads to the upper floor, where two bedrooms are. Both have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom/WC. The fourth bedroom is in the basement, along with a big playroom (billiard, football table and chess) with a dining table, fireplace, a kitchenette and a shower/WC. Air conditioning and parking space are available. There are separate landscaped illuminated gardens and convenient areas for lazy cocktails and/or dining. Near the village Xiro Chorio there is a pretty gorge of the old hamlet of Myli for people who like to explore unknown natural places. The beach is about 2,5 Km away from the villas in Rethymno.
